Mark Chaplin Ph.D graduated from the University of St Andrews with a BSc in Cell Biology. He went onto study the role of specific centrosomal proteins at the University of Dundee and attained his doctorate in 1996. After starting his working life in post-doctoral research, he joined the pharmaceutical industry where he has now worked for over 25 years. Mark has held several different positions in both the United Kingdom and the United States, including roles in medical affairs, global strategic marketing, and medical education.
