Fees for in-person participants include:

  • Participation in all scientific sessions.
  • Opening Ceremony.
  • Welcome Event on 5 June.
  • Access to the Exhibition Area.
  • Refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch breaks as indicated in the program.

  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.
  • An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
  • A registration which is not fully paid a week after submission, will be automatically deleted.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be sent by email to registration@icamp-congress.com

Cancellations received up and including 22 April 2026: full refund.

Cancellations received between 23 April 2026 until 28 May 2026: 50% will be refunded.

Cancellations received from 29 May 2026: no refund will be made.
